We moved to our newly built home about 18 months ago and really love it. The workmanship and quality of the bathroom and kitchen areas impressed us as did the light, airy and spacious feel achieved by the build. There were some teething problems and you might expect with a new property but the aftercare was excellent and any problems were rectified very quickly.
I bought my property from Steve Bragoli in 2012. Steve conducted the viewings and took great care to explain the construction and design of the building and it did not take long to see the extremely high standard and finish that the property had been built to. The design was unique and made maximum use of the space and light. When I moved in, as with any new build, there were a few very minor snagging’s and Steve and his team dealt with them quickly and effectively. He was always available (and still is) if I needed any advice about the house. It was apparent, right from the start that Steve cared about the property and the craftsmanship inside it. I have lived at this property for 18 months and it works efficiently and is truly a pleasure to live in. If someone was looking for quality, efficiency and excellent design I would have no hesitation in recommending a house built by Steve Bragoli and his team.
Steve Bragoli undertook work at our house during 2013. This included removing a load baring wall, underpinning it with steel, installing a downstairs toilet and basin/tap, gutting/re-plastering/painting the kitchen and finally fitting a new kitchen. This would normally be very dusty, but Rob the Foreman took exceptional care to dust sheet the house and tape up interior doors. Every evening they laid sheets on the bare concrete for us to walk on.
The work took place over 2 months and was executed very professionally and to a high standard.
We were pleased with Steve and trusted his team with the keys to our property. We would happily recommend him and have already brought him back to quote for additional work.
