Legislation is rigorously adhered to throughout the projects, keeping the works on schedule, in a safe environment. We employ specialist Health and Safety Consultants to regularly train staff and update our Health and Safety Policies in line with consistently changing regulations. Providing design and access statements, along with method statements and risk assessments for all types of work undertaken, is standard procedure.
Clients can choose to utilise the comprehensive design and build service. This option allows the entire project management of the build and will ensure that the project runs smoothly and within budget. Alternatively, we can work with existing plans. With years of experience we are well versed in working alongside surveyors, architects and project managers directly appointed by the client.
A very important aspect of our business is the acquisition of development land and properties for future redevelopment. We offer a generous remuneration package for any such sites acquired through a referral.
Stoneridge Homes has the specialist knowledge and experience to identify land suitable for development. This land can be purchased either outright or via an option agreement. Alternatively, we can work with clients to obtain planning permission for property they currently own.
